Corner Design
The corner design needs to fulfill further criteria to get a manufacturable part.
Good design criteria are as follow:

The exact values of a cut out geometry need to be tuned with your very material, here are some starting values:

To calculate the k-Factor the following formula is needed:
k' = thickness (t) - 0.5x bend deduction gap (k)
Exemplary values for k' for k=0.2 mm
Example values for k" for k=0.2 mm
