Overtravel of Axis
Especially if you have a BM60 the reachable positions are limited and you will run into Axis overtravel.
Common ways to resolve the issue are:

Move the pickup position that further poses of the robot are easier to reach.

Insert a regrip.

Adjust waypoints, preferably in the Robot Axis coordinate system.
